our STORY

Huy and Joan started our short term rental journey out of our love for travel. We have traveled to over 50+ countries, and stayed at 50+ different Airbnbs.

We always felt a longing for our own home, and thought to ourselves “How can we make people feel at home despite staying at a stranger’s home?”

Thus was born, Guestsly,  Your home away from home. The photo of the home you see on the top is our very first home together, which we ultimately converted to an a short term rental to have travelers from all over the world be able to enjoy it.

Our homes feature designer furniture and touches, hotel grade linen and modern amenities to make you feel comfortable and luxurious.

We aim to provide 5 star customer service so you can rest assured that you will have a consistently great experience and lasting memories at our homes.

Our vision

Currently guests have to choose between one of two options: Either choose a nice, standardized, consistently clean hotel room, but sacrifice living space and kitchen; or choose a short-term rental that gives them a living space and kitchen, but the home can be a hit or miss in its amenities, cleanliness and quality.

Our vision is to bridge this gap by providing guests a third choice: A Hotel in a Home. We provide high end amenities, luxury bedding and linens in well-maintained, clean homes to provide a truly 5 star service, consistently.

We believe that providing a world class guest experience also creates a win-win for our home owners: their homes are well maintained year-round, and generate the highest possible returns.

Our results speak for themselves:  We deliver the highest guest rating in Chicago (4.98/5.0), and #1 home owner returns.
